Does Heroes Season 2 Suck?
My good friend, John, wrote a post earlier today titled, “Heroes Season 2 Officially Sucks“. Now, I have to admit that I have been enjoying the tv show Chuck a little more than Heroes so far, but seriously does Heroes suck?
My answer is:
“No! The Bionic woman sucks… Heroes does not suck!
In fact, I still think that Heroes is a really good tv show.
I agree with John that it would have been nice for all the Heroes to meet up and join together to fight the bad guys. I also agree that there are a few parts of the story that just don’t make sense, but it’s just a tv show and it’s still a fun show to watch.
They have introduced some interesting new characters (Like Bob and Kensei) and some not so interesting characters (like Maya and Alejandro). However, I think that one of the characters I am not very fond of, Alejandro, is going to become a VERY interesting character. Sure, I don’t like Maya’s whole black plague power, but Alejandro seems to have the ability to reverse her power. What if he can reverse other people’s powers? Wouldn’t it be cool to see Sylar attack Alejandro and instead of cutting open Alejandro’s head, Sylar cuts open his own head? You know that’s got to be coming, right?
I think that Season 2 of Heroes still has a lot of potential and will be VERY entertaining the rest of the season. The end of the last episode with Kensei hitting Hiro, Peter in the future, and Noah discovering the pictures is what I think will mark the starting point of a really awesome Season 2.

What I want to know is, what happened to the special effects? The scene where HRG and the Hatian were in Russia… I’ve seen “tourist guy” pictures that were more realistic.

I can’t blame that on the writer’s strike
I guess they must have penny pinched on that scene…

Damn yeah, this Odessa scene outside was freaking amazing…I mean here’s a show that is cashing around $12M advertising on air and they cannot afford a scene that looks like barely better than an inside car camera shot in the 50s.
It was the same when Hiro is landing in Feudal Japan, scene shot looked more like a public park and I was expecting to see a jogger running in the background to top the picture.
Talk about milking the cow.

Heros season2 officially sucks,,,,,,Its frustrating watching Maya and the should be dead by now Zylar. He’s so freeking obvious the show hard to watch at times and they make her so dang dumb she dont head any of her brothers warnings…Zyler DIE ALREADY ….tired of him escaping near death. The wrong decisions by the characters are becoming a boring cliche…Writers need to stop it already.
