Jill watches Dancing With the Stars a lot more than I do, but I just wanted to point out a few quick things.
Emmit Smith should win.
I am not sure what the judges were watching tonight, but Emmit and Cheryl’s free style dance was WAY better than Mario’s free style dance. Emmit took a lot more risks and it was much more entertaining. Mario’s dance seemed very scattered.
One other thing I wanted to mention is that Cheryl Burke seems way better at choreography than any of the other dancers. It always seems like she takes her partner’s strengths into consideration when putting together their routines and she always comes up with something entertaining. I think her choreography was the difference last year in Drew Lachey’s succes and I think it has helped Emmit get this far.
So those are my quick thoughts on Dancing With Stars. What do you think, should Emmit Smith win or should Mario Lopez win?

I totally agree. Mario’s last dance was very choppy and their timing was off…..Emmitt and Cheryl all the way. There’s was much more difficult.
When I saw the judges reaction to their dance, I started thinking that maybe they planned ahead of time to give both couples a tied score going into the fan voting.
They should just not count the judges vote if they want the fans to pick the winner. No need to rig it. Albeit, maybe the judges really found Mario’s routine to be better than Emmit’s. I just don’t see it.
I tried to get through to cast my vote for Mario.
Emmit has done a remarkable job, but Mario’s interpedation speaks to me. It’s like watching a
a great scene from a movie! Mario is the complete package, great technique and a pleasure to watch.
